SUMMARY:
Our client is in the educational field and works a lot with schools. Specializing in Maths education and thier main service that they sell and deliver is the My Maths Buddy Effective Maths Teaching program for teachers and learners. The main product that they sell is My Maths Buddy dictionary. They are planning on extending the range of services and products for schools in the near future.

POSITION INFO:
The main functions that the Sales Consultant should perform will include the following:
- Searching for school prospects on the Internet and elsewhere and creating a prospect list.
- Contacting those schools (principals) and setting up appointments.
- Going to the appointments and doing presentations to the principals on our Maths teacher program for teachers and/or other products and closing them to buy it.
- Contacting Marketing leads and closing them on buying company’s product/services.
- Creating relationships with the customers so they can be upsold later on for Maths products.
- Attending SGB meetings for presentations when possible and closing them on buying company’s products/services.
- Attending parents’ meetings organized by schools and selling them company’s products/services.
- Attending educational events/exhibitions with the purpose of creating more leads to sell to and selling to attendees.
- Doing upsell with the existing customers of the company’s products and services.
- Attending Sales coordination meetings, receiving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and achieving them.
- Following administrative and management systems of the company to monitor production.
- Learn about the products and services of the company well in order to make better sales.
- Continually improving sales skills provided by the company
- Work with Marketing on webinars and other lead generating activities in order to increase sales.
Schedule:
Normal office hours are from 8:00 am till 16:30 pm. But Sales Consultants that are driven by their targets will not be restricted by the schedule as their priority is to sell and meet their targets and we will expect that from a good Sales Consultant. Commissions what should motive you the most.
