Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Bid Management: Oversee the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in sales, bid management, and marketing (preferably in IT).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and securing successful bids.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Bonus: MBA, APMP certification, or experience in public sector bids.
