Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Sales, Bids & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, lead bid management, and develop marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to make a significant impact in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Bid Management: Oversee the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
Marketing Strategy: Enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Market Analysis: Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Who We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience in sales, bid management, and marketing (preferably in IT).
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and securing successful bids.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Bonus: MBA, APMP certification, or experience in public sector bids.
