POSITION INFO:

Exhilarate is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our dynamic team based in Morningside, Durban. If you have a proven track record in selling funeral, life and insurance products, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in a sales environment, demonstrating the ability to meet targets, build rapport with customers, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively sell funeral products
Understand customer needs
Maintain a strong product knowledge
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Contribute to a high-performing and goal-oriented sales environment.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, specifically selling funeral, life or insurance products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
