SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Sales Admin / Coordinator in the Pretoria area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proficient in English & Afrikaans
Accuracy & Strong Analytical skills combined with co-ordinating of executable tasks.
Computer literate: Especially Excell. (Email, Word, Teams standard)
Punctual
Work well under pressure and Strong interpersonal skill

Duties:

Co-ordinate Sales Admin updates
Approval process co-ordinate (Electronic (Teams) & physical)
Updates tracking (Ensure feedback loop is closed)
To-Do lists Management
Co-ordinate ad-hoc “mini-projects” between relevant parties to final execution.
Manage Pricing updates on ERP.
Co-ordinating and managing Vendor Listings, Product Listings and product ranging.
