Our client in Northam requires the services of a Safety Officer with a valid UNDERGROUND blasting certificate for a 12-month contract with 5 years working experience.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements that must be met:
* Valid Underground Blasting certificate
* Must have all the relevant certificates as a Safety Officer
Duties would be but not limited to:
* Safety inspections and audits
* Risk assessments
* Training and education
* Incident investigation
* Emergency response
* Safety equipment management
* Regularity compliance
* Health & safety programs
* Communications
* Record keeping
* Continuous improvement
