SUMMARY:
The Stock Accountant is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily and monthly stock movements for GOCM. This includes ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of stock transactions, assisting in stock counts, investigating variances, and supporting the extended Supply Chain team. You will be instrumental in closing stock balances and maintaining the integrity of stock records, while contributing to the overall efficiency of stock-related processes.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- Grade 12 CertificateÂ
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related fieldÂ
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing stock in a manufacturing environmentÂ
- FMCG or Manufacturing sector experience, ideally within a group of companiesÂ
- Proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenanceÂ
- Conflict management and effective communication abilities (both written and oral)Â
