SOURCING SPECIALIST (PAARL)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Specialist Sourcing / Head of Sourcing / Team Lead Sourcing. This position plays a crucial role in providing strategic and operational support to our purchasing team, ensuring the efficient sourcing of raw materials and packaging within the Food and Beverage industry.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Education: Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience: 2-4 years as a Buyer in Food & Beverage (Flavours advantageous)
Skills: SAP, MS Excel Intermediate


Individual Tasks

Procurement: Raw material and packaging sourcing
Order Management: Generate orders, ensure timely delivery
Relationship Building: Forge strategic supplier relationships
Price Management: Benchmark prices, maintain tools
Supplier Evaluation: Assess supplier performance
Safety Adherence: Follow food safety guidelines
