Job Description

Our client is seeking a vibrant Conveyancer to join their team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Bonds and Transfers, as well as marketing the firm’s services.

The firm provides conveyancing services in the following areas:

Purchase and Sale Agreements
Option Agreements
Residential Property Transfers
Commercial Property Transfers
Development Agreements
Development of Schemes (Sectional Title and Cluster Developments)
Township Establishment
Extension, Consolidation, and Subdivision of Sectional Title Units and Schemes
Registration of Mortgage Bonds
Registration of Notarial Bonds
All other forms of Notarial work, including servitudes, notarial leases, and authentication of documents
Antenuptial Agreements
Lease Agreements
Tax advice on property-related matters, including Value Added Tax, Transfer Duty, and Capital Gains Tax
General advisory services on property transactions and conveyancing

Qualifications

LLB Degree
Admission as an Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary

Skills

The successful candidate must have:

A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Transfers and Bonds
A dynamic and ambitious mindset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy (essential)
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Strong leadership skills
A vibrant personality with the ability to market the firm effectively
