An established law firm predominantly practising in Property law matters, located in Pretoria.

Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with extensive knowledge on the full process of Bond registrations, cancellations and Transfers. You will be working mainly with FNB Bonds and Standard Bank Cancellations. Relevant conveyancing secretarial duties will apply.

Qualifications

Matric and a relevant legal qualification.

Skills

The successful candidate must have:

Min 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Someone extraordinary with excellent attention to detail, good grammar and efficient typing speed.
Must be able to multitask and handle multiple files at a time.
