SMI 14715 - Associate Attorney – Administration of Deceased Estates

The successful candidate must have:

• Minimum 5 – 9 years’ sound recent experience in estate and trust administration and dealing with the Master of the High Court
• Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of software such as Legal Suite, Legal Ease, Standard Bank TPFA and Nedbank Corporate Saver
• Working knowledge and understanding of legislation including The Trust Property Control Act, The Administration of Estates Act, The Intestate Succession Act, The Wills Act, The Mental Health Care Act, The Estate Duty Act and The Income Tax Act
• Excellent written and communication skills
