Surface Mining - WIM
POSITION INFO:
SHIFT SUPERVISOR LOAD AND HAUL
LOCATION: Northern Cape
TYPE: One Year Fixed Term Contract
REMUNERATION: R 600K – R 900K pa
CLOSING DATE: 14 September 2024
KPA: To plan and organize shift resources, including all loading tools and trucks, in order to execute the load and haul process in accordance with the daily pit schedule, which includes but are not limited to: Operations supervision; Contractor management; Budget and cost control; People supervision; People leadership; Continuous improvement; SHERQ adherence
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Blasting Certificate in Surface Mining
- Supervisory Certificate (NQF level 4)
- Mine Overseer Certificate in Mining or National Diploma in Mining Engineering NQF 6 (DESIRED)
- Min 5 years general surface mining experience – Control Room / Quality Control / Machine Operator
- Min 1 year Supervisor / Team / Project Leader experience in a surface mining environment
- Min 1 year operator experience – Load and Haul or Auxiliary equipment (DESIRED)
- Min 5 years Supervisor / Team / Project Leader experience in a Load and Haul mining environment (DESIRED)
