SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide vital support to our client's SHEQ team. This temporary role requires someone with a background in SHEQ or a basic understanding of the field, along with strong administrative and technical skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance and efficiency across various SHEQ processes.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct SHE inspections and first aid box checks.
Organise and maintain electronic records on SharePoint.
Manage supplier and customer safety files, including audits.
Coordinate building repairs and maintenance with suppliers.
Schedule employee training and annual medicals.
Handle general administration tasks.
Share weekly safety updates and maintain SHEQ notice boards.

Requirements:

Familiarity with SHEQ processes or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (or the ability to adapt to electronic systems swiftly).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
