SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced SHEQ and Human Resource Manager to oversee both Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) functions and Human Resource (HR) operations. This role requires a proactive and versatile leader who can ensure the organization adheres to safety and quality regulations while driving HR strategies that promote employee development, engagement, and overall growth.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Certifications like **NEBOSH** or **ISO 9001** are a plus.
At least 5-10 years of experience in SHEQ management and HR roles. Experience in a dual-role position is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of SHEQ regulations and best practices.
Proficient in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
