POSITION INFO:
The main purpose of the role:
The ideal candidates should have at least 10 years in chemical/process engineering, focusing on detailed design in hydrogen, ammonia, oil & gas, and pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, driving improvements, and ensuring operational excellence. Strong skills in project management and data analysis are essential for delivering sustainable solutions and maintaining safety and quality standards in South Africa, Peru, and Egypt.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in detailed process design in the chemical, oil & gas, and pharmaceuticals industry.
• Proven track record of successfully optimizing processes and leading projects from development to COD.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, COMSOL).
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Minitab, Excel, or Python.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
