SUMMARY:
Kwekwe Area – Zimbabwe: Our client seeks to employ an experienced Senior Dairy Manager.

Due to the remote location this position would be suited to a single person or a mature couple with no kids.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural diploma/degree
Previous dairy management experience essential – min of 8 years
Must have strong pasture management experience with a strong feeding and nutritional background
Computer literate
Great stockmanship
Must be able to manage farm budgets and costs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Maintenance orientated
Strong record of management skills
Valid driver’s license
Valid passport

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Manage the entire farm
Herd health
Parlor management
Pasture management
HR, financials & annual budgets
