SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY

CAPE TOWN , BELVILLE

R25 000 + / DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

3+ years’ experience in a similar conveyancing related role
Capable of handling large volumes of files 45-60+ (pure Conveyancer Transfers, excluding Developments, Bonds and Estates)
Matric (non negotiable)
Must have GhostConvey , LEXIS Convey , Stordoc & E4 Training experience (non negotiable)
A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage
An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role
