PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

POSITION INFO:

Description & Responsibility:

Purchasing materials and products for a company
Negotiating contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Tracking trends and analyzing data to ensure the best deals on supplies
Meeting the material needs of an organization
Finding suppliers, arranging distribution, and supervising other purchasing agents
Establishing procurement strategies
Managing procurement processes and optimizing cost without compromising quality
Acting as the company’s principal spokesperson in negotiations
Writing business plans, budgets, and proposal documents for products
Managing supplier relationships and ensuring on-time delivery.
Able to Manage staff
Analytical Decision making

Requirements:

Drivers Licence & Own vehicle
Prev Experience (2-3 Years)
Proven track record of Dealing with suppliers
Ability to multi task
