POSITION INFO:

Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have experience in full cycle implementation, configuration, and support of SAP modules including FI, MM, SD, and CO. The role involves analyzing and collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, configuring SAP modules, and proposing enhancement solutions. The consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving SAP issues, identifying gaps, and providing workaround solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Design, customize, configure, and test ERP/S4Hana systems.
• Offer ongoing support and training to end-users, creating user manuals and documentation.
• Develop functional specifications and ABAP spec test plans for SAP implementations.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and developments.
• Experience in Retail and third-party functionality is preferred.
• Manage change requests and assist with data loads for new implementations.
• Test new installations, support pack upgrades, and support all components of the SAP infrastructure.
• Complete project-based work, ensuring key project milestones are met.
• Maintain standards adherence and provide support for other applications as needed.
• Create SAP authorizations and roles, and participate in weekly catch-up meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions into existing systems.
• Analyze and improve business processes, customize and configure SAP modules including FICO, SD, MM, and Rebates.
• Engage in testing, support, and user training, while documenting all configurations and procedures.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP advancements and continuously enhance consulting skills.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP operational issues, while providing effective gap analysis and workaround strategies.
• Work under the guidance of an SAP Team Lead to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Your expertise:

• Must have accounting background and needs to be qualified in SAP FI and CO
• 5 years of experience in full cycle implementation, configuration, and support of SAP modules including FI, MM, SD, and CO.
• Strong understanding of ERP/S4Hana.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Retail and third-party functionality experience is a plus.

Qualifications required:

• Proven experience in SAP modules (SAP Certified), particularly FI, MM, SD, and CO.
