SAP HR Modules IT Specialist

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with expertise in SAP HR modules to manage and support our SAP HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP HR solutions to meet the business needs of the organization.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

SAP HR Module Management:

Administer, configure, and optimize SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and Talent Management.

Ensure the integration of SAP HR solutions with other business processes and systems.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and system efficiency.

Developing HR modules such as learning, performance and training.

Implementation and Upgrades:

Lead the implementation and upgrade projects for SAP HR modules, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with HR and other business units to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP HR solutions.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP HR systems with other enterprise applications.

User Support and Training:

Provide technical support to SAP HR users, resolving system issues and addressing user queries.

Develop and conduct training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of SAP HR systems.

System Integration:

Integrate SAP HR systems with other enterprise applications and third-party solutions.

Ensure data consistency and seamless workflow between SAP HR and other business systems.

Data Management and Reporting:

Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data quality assurance processes.

Develop and maintain SAP HR reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure SAP HR systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Stay updated with the latest SAP HR technologies, tools, and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, business analysts, developers, and external vendors.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate SAP HR solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Resources, or a related field.

SAP certification in relevant HR modules (e. Human g., SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP HR module administration, implementation, and support.

Proven experience in managing SAP HR projects and delivering successful outcomes.

Skills and Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules and their integration with other systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in SAP HR configuration, customization, and performance tuning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional SAP certifications in specialized HR areas.

Experience with cloud-based SAP HR solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
