Role Description: SAP FI Functional Consultant (Senior)

The SAP FI Functional Consultant (Senior) is responsible for delivering comprehensive SAP financial solutions in a global IT environment. This role involves leveraging advanced SAP FICO expertise, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA, to support international finance templates and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will work within an Agile framework, participating in the full lifecycle of SAP implementation and support, from initial configuration and master data management to problem-solving and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FI, complemented by experience in other SAP modules, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams to deliver robust IT solutions.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do
As a Senior SAP FI Functional Consultant, you will:
- Leverage your advanced SAP FICO skills, particularly with SAP S/4 HANA, to support international finance templates.
- Coordinate integration requirements with other SAP modules.
- Manage master data and document business processes.
- Provide technical specifications for customized development.
- Prepare test cases and user manuals, and offer ongoing support.
- Propose and implement process improvements within an Agile framework.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
- Advanced SAP FICO proficiency; experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
- Beneficial knowledge of SAP SD, Fiori, and MDG.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.

Qualifications:
- SAP Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Accounting.
- 6+ years of experience in SAP FI.

Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP, Modelling & UI5 is advantageous.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if needed.
- Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM and JIRA (X-Ray).
