We are looking for an experienced SAP E-Recruiting Consultant to support our clients in optimizing their recruitment processes using SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP E-Recruiting, particularly within an SAP ECC environment, and a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment workflows.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design recruitment solutions using SAP E-Recruiting.
- Implement, configure, and customize SAP E-Recruiting to align with business objectives.
- Provide functional support and resolve issues related to SAP E-Recruiting operations.
- Ensure smooth integration with other HR systems and business processes.
- Deliver training and documentation for end users and key stakeholders.
- Support system upgrades or transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to recruitment operations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP E-Recruiting, preferably in an ECC environment.
- Understanding of recruitment workflows and processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP E-Recruiting.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP HR/HCM or related modules.
- Familiarity with system upgrades or migrations.
- Exposure to newer SAP platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
