SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve company sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and providing guidance and support to sales personnel.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
