SALES MANAGER – FMCG (FIRGROVE)

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a candidate who excels in negotiation, organization, and communication. The ideal candidate will report to the Commercial Director and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing budgets and targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- At least 4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager and/or Sales Manager in the food industry.
- Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solver.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication and delegation skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Willingness to travel within different regions.
