POSITION INFO:

Join a leading supplier of mining equipment known for its commitment to safety, innovation, and industry excellence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct workplace and job-specific risk assessments, including baseline, issue-based, and continuous assessments.
Identify SHEQ hazards, risks, and improvement opportunities and implement appropriate control measures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of risk control measures and recommend improvements.
Conduct internal SHEQ audits and participate in external audits to ensure legal and industry compliance.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Requirements:

National Diploma in Safety Management (NQF Level 6) or relevant qualification in Risk Management.
5+ years’ managerial experience implementing SHEQ strategies within an FMCG, Engineering, or Mining environment.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and SHEQ compliance.
