SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Risk Manager to join their team in the Netherlands.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Risk Manager
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in risk management roles.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with risk management software.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Duties and responsibilities:
To lead risk management strategies and frameworks, ensuring organizational resilience and regulatory compliance.

Identify, assess, and manage organizational risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with risk-related regulations.
Provide risk assessment reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with departments to embed risk awareness.
