POSITION INFO:
Are you passionate about risk management in the banking and financial services industry? We're looking for a seasoned professional with over 4 years of experience to enhance our risk management strategies. If you have a proven track record in ICAAP/ILAAP, capital and liquidity management, and enterprise risk frameworks, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement risk appetite frameworks and strategies to align with business objectives.
Oversee the ICAAP and ILAAP processes to ensure regulatory compliance and sound financial resource management.
Conduct stress testing and scenario analyses to assess potential risks and their implications on the organization's financial stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on enterprise risk management practices.
Prepare detailed reports on regulatory and economic capital requirements, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management frameworks and practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management within banking and financial services.
Strong knowledge of ICAAP/ILAAP, capital and liquidity management, and risk strategy development.
Familiarity with stress testing methodologies, scenario analysis, and forecasting techniques.
In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements related to economic capital and enterprise risk management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
