We’re looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance - Assurance Lead to join a dynamic, high-performing team. This role is a unique blend of consulting and advisory, where you will play a critical part in ensuring project quality, compliance, and successful execution. If you have a strong background in engineering, quality assurance, or solution architecture—especially in mining or industrial plant environments—this is your chance to drive excellence and innovation!

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:
â Review and advise on project documentation from inception to closure.
â Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to align with industry standards.
â Conduct on-site assessments to ensure projects meet agreed-upon designs and deliverables.
â Identify interdependencies between projects and recommend best practices.
â Evaluate project execution, create reports, and propose remediation actions.
â Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained to avoid rework and inefficiencies.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 10+ years in relevant fields, with exposure to complex industrial or mining projects.
Education: Bachelor's or Honours degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Informatics.
Certifications: TOGAF 9 or 10 is a must.
Cybersecurity, industrial control systems, data center design, and mining applications.
Mindset: Leadership, ownership, and self-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: High proficiency in English (French is a plus).
Willingness to travel (4x annually to West Africa).
