Rewards Analyst

SUMMARY:
Are you a skilled Rewards professional with strong analytical expertise and a deep understanding of remuneration and benefits? We are looking for a Rewards Analyst to support key reward initiatives, salary review processes, incentive schemes, and policy development.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive analysis of reward policies, external market trends, regulations, and legislation
• Support the implementation of the reward and performance strategy
• Conduct survey submissions and research reward practices for continuous improvement
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure policies are well-communicated and understood
• Assist in benchmarking and interpreting market data to support competitive pay decisions

• Strong MS Excel proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in compensation, benefits, and reward structures
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
