Reward Analyst

Duties:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret reward data, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits utilization.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate reward program effectiveness and trends.
• Benchmark our compensation and benefits against industry standards through market data analysis.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on compensation and benefits trends.
• Analyse competitor reward programs and identify best practices.
• Prepare salary data for external service providers and support in external data provider discussions.
• Assist in administering reward programmes, including annual increase process calculations and STI/LTI calculations.
• Support the creation of reward programme communications.
• Stay informed on reward and benefits legislation in Southern Africa.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., EE submissions, COIDA submissions, and BBBEE verification audits).
• Identify and escalate potential compliance risks.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or any applicable qualification.
• Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certificate.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Reward Analytics

• Demonstrable experience in working with senior management teams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Excel, including complex calculations and pivot tables.
• Understanding of data privacy and POPIA requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work accurately under pressure.
• Proactive, with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
