POSITION INFO:
As a Building Services – Revit Modeler, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and coordination of MEP systems.

You will assist in all project phases, ensuring high-quality technical plans and smooth collaboration between disciplines. If you’re passionate about BIM, Revit, and digital design workflows, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career!

Key Responsibilities
Assist in schematic, concept, and detailed designs for MEP systems.
Develop technical plans, specifications, and workshop drawings using AutoCAD & Revit.
Lead the implementation of Revit for MEP design, including family creation, templates & workflows.
Generate clash reports using Navisworks and perform QA/QC reviews.
Conduct detailed site surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise building systems installations, ensuring adherence to contracts, safety, and regulations.
Collaborate with design teams on-site and through Revit for seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For
Engineering qualification (Advanced Diploma) or relevant certification (e.g., Electricians License A)
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (essential)
Experience in MEP design and coordination
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
