Position Purpose
As a Retail Store Manager, you will uphold the integrity of the brand by managing the day-to-day operations of the boutique. Your primary focus will be to maximize store profitability while delivering exceptional customer service and building brand loyalty.
This role requires a proactive and motivated leader who is passionate about premium products, customer engagement, and retail excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Lead by example to maintain exemplary customer service standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve and exceed store profitability targets.
- Oversee inventory management and loss prevention through effective stock control.
- Conduct daily reconciliations, store administration, and financial reporting.
- Drive Corporate Sales initiatives by developing relationships with businesses and clients.
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage opening and closing procedures according to shift plans.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to Head Office.
Marketing & Merchandising
- Identify and leverage local marketing opportunities to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Implement corporate marketing initiatives to align with brand strategy.
- Ensure compliance with price changes and merchandising standards.
- Maintain a visually appealing store layout that reflects the brand’s premium image.
What We’re Looking For Qualifications and Experience
- 2-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a premium or luxury brand environment.
- Tertiary education is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media channels and leveraging them for marketing purposes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting.
- Experience in merchandising and presenting premium products.
- Proven sales and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
