SUMMARY:
Retail Store Manager  PTA East
SALARY: R 16 000 – R 17 000
 

• Matric Essential
• 4 to 5 years’ Experience in retail clothing
• To ensure that store is maintained at the highest possible standards, well organized and properly merchandised at all times and that all policies, procedures and controls are followed
• To motivate staff to ensure that visual presentation is of exceptionally high standards
• To take responsibility for efficient operation of store through appropriate management of staff, merchandise displays and delivery of excellent customer service
• Ensuring stock levels is kept at correct levels
• Achieves the store’s sales targets, promotes and manages turnover in order to achieve targets set
• Manages all administration tasks and ensures that the store is prepared for a store audit
• Manages staff in accordance with the procedures contained in Operations and HR file
