Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Retail Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure the shop floor is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting walk-in clients, offering expert advice, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
• Manage merchandising, stock levels, and product displays, ensuring availability and correct presentation.
• Implement and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists to maintain efficiency.
• Analyze sales performance, set goals, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
• Maintain a high standard of security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute in-house promotional ideas to attract new customers and boost sales.
• Act as a role model in delivering face-to-face sales and customer service excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a similar industry.
• 5+ years of retail/shop floor experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing within a retail environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence and effective relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Matric qualification is essential; a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license are preferable.
