Retail Manager required for a reputable Retail company

Location: Port Elizabeth - Walmer

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance and facilitate growth initiatives
Manage product development and oversee point-of-sale operations
Implement weekly ordering and effectively manage stock levels
Utilize strong retail management skills, ideally with experience overseeing multiple stores

Requirements:

Over 5 years Retail management experience
No formal qualifications required; however, substantial relevant experience is essential
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of stock control and inventory management systems
