Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to lead their dynamic on-site retail operations. Requirements:

• Relevant qualification/post high school education that aligns with the responsibilities of the position.
• Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English.
• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Retail or Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid administrative and financial skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Own transport is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and effective merchandising.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
• Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the quality team to maintain food safety standards.
• Plan and execute marketing or promotional initiatives to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Location: Klapmuts area.

Type: Permanent, full time position based on site.

Salary offered: R30 000 - R40 000 per month (dependent on experience), before deductions.
