Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Field Sales Manager to oversee and enhance retail sales operations in the Maldives. This position offers the opportunity to lead a vibrant sales team, drive market growth, and develop innovative retail strategies in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and lead a team of retail sales representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure consistent implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across retail outlets.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
• Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure adherence to brand standards and sales objectives.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Experience in the Maldives retail market or similar markets is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
