Resort Receptionist

SUMMARY:
Resort Receptionist/ Administrator supervisor 
A well established resort located at The Heads in Knysna is looking to grow their team with a dynamic Resort Receptionist/ Administrator supervisor. 

Duties and Responsibilities not limited to:

• Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcoming guests, confirming reservations, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Information Provider: Offering information about the resort, local attractions, activities, and dining options.
• Communication Hub: Handling phone calls, emails, and guest requests, and coordinating with other departments.
• Problem Solver: Addressing and resolving any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Administrative Tasks: Managing reservations, maintaining guest records, and handling billing and payments.
• Staff Management: Supervising of staff on site when needed. 
• Other adhoc duties assigned by management team

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literacy - MS Office, Social media
• Valid Drivers license and OWN vehicle
