Residential Estate Administrator Fourways Sandton
Our Residential Estate client is looking for a Residential Estate Administrator with solid work experience. You must have at least 10 years of relevant experience working in a residential estate.
Salary: Up to R40 000.00 per month. (Depends on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications:
Grade 12 with a relevant Diploma or bachelor’s degree
10+ years in property management or residential estate management experience
Experience in working with governance committees.
Knowledge of the estate and property industry’s standards and regulations.
Experience in Compliance and Administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring estate compliance with municipal, provincial, and national regulations. This includes ensuring that estate rules are followed, managing compliance-related documentation, and communicating with appropriate authorities to preserve a safe, lawful, and harmonious living environment.
Manages the estate's daily administrative operations. This includes responding to resident inquiries, maintaining records, working with other departments, and ensuring seamless and efficient estate management.
Ensure architectural conformance with governing deeds.
Enforce regulations consistently in accordance with the regulating deeds.
Maintain estate governance structures, processes, and principles while adhering to legal and ethical norms.
