SUMMARY:
Civil Engineering Consultancy has vacancies around SA for Professionally Registered Civil Technologists/Civil Engineers within its Roads, Highways and Pavement Engineering Division.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering
- Registered with ECSA as a Professional Civil Technologist/Civil Engineer
- Minimum 5 years' Post Graduate experience in a Civil Engineering and/or a Construction Management Role
- Minimum 2 years' experience working on SANRAL projects
- Labour Intensive Construction NQF 5 qualification is advantageous
- Experience as an RE, ARE or Construction related role (e.g. site agent) will be favourable.
- Proficient in contract administration.
- Proficient in preparing programmes including monitoring, updating and tracking progress.
- Understand how to prepare an estimate and cashflow forecast.
- Fully au fait with the COLTO Standard Specifications.
- Well versed with the various forms of general conditions of contract, experience with the GCC 2015 and FIDIC Contracts will be advantageous.
