Residence Property Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Residence Property Administrator to join our team, responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of residential properties, including student accommodation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of property administration.

POSITION INFO:

• Manage tenant relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of queries.
• Oversee billings and payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions.
• Administer PIMS (Property Information Management System) and Grade Plains software to manage property data and operations.
• Collaborate with municipal accountants to ensure compliance with local property regulations and utilities management.
• Manage various property administration tasks, including lease agreements and property inspections.
• Coordinate the operations and administration of student accommodation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in PIMS and Grade Plains software.
• Solid understanding of property administration, tenant management, and municipal accounting.
• Strong billing, payment processing, and reconciliation skills.
• Prior experience in managing student accommodation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
