SUMMARY:
A Luxury Lodge & Hotel Group is looking for an experienced RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a Reservations department within Hotel/ Lodge environment, for multiple properties
Proven experience as a Reservations Consultant or similar
Valid RSA ID
Drivers License beneficial, or access to reliable transport
Have excellent administration skills and be able to manage all tasks pertaining to reservations.
Be computer literate and have working knowledge of PMS systems – Nebula, eRes, Opera
Have a good command of the English language – verbal and written
Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills
Work well under pressure and have good problem solving skills
Be a team player and work well in an office environment

Live out, office based position
