Our Client is seeking an experienced Research & Development Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in research and development within the manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation by conducting research, designing prototypes, and developing new products and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects with a leading company in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Development: Lead and conduct R&D activities, including market research, feasibility studies, and design testing, to develop new products, technologies, and processes.
• Prototyping & Testing: Design, build, and test prototypes to evaluate product concepts and refine designs for commercial application.
• Product Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying and exploring new technologies and methods to enhance product performance, functionality, and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to bring new products from concept to production.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve development processes to reduce time-to-market, optimize resources, and enhance product quality.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of research findings, designs, test results, and development processes for reporting and future reference.
• Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in R&D engineering, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or engineering industries.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in product development, design principles, and prototyping techniques. Experience with CAD software, simulation tools, and product testing.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively, innovate, and solve complex engineering problems.
• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple R&D projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams and present research findings.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct experiments, and develop actionable insights.

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a related discipline or additional certifications in R&D, product development, or innovation management.
