As a Reporting Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decisions for the business. This opportunity is perfect for a finance professional who enjoys operating on a global scale, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
Other duties include:

Overseeing financial reporting for various countries within the group
Managing a team of 5 financial professionals
Ensuring compliance with IFRS and other reporting standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
Supporting the business with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills required:

8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in the finance industry
Experience in the manufacturing, mining, or construction sector
Proven people management skills with a track record of leading teams
Experience in a multinational environment is highly advantageous
