SUMMARY:

Achieve Excellence in Property Development through Financial Accuracy. The Reporting Accountant position plays a critical role in securing the financial success of our property development initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, overseeing project budgets, and working closely with project teams to achieve financial objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in management accounting within the property sector and a proven history of successful project budgeting. This role provides the chance to significantly influence high-profile projects in a fast-paced and expanding company.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, financial reports, and project budgets.
Oversee the financial management of property development projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking and budget control.
Collaborate with project managers to develop, monitor, and revise project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Conduct variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve project profitability.
Support the finance team in cash flow management, cost allocation, and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Prepare financial reports for stakeholders, including senior management and investors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
