Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a motivated Rental Sales Representative to join our Cape Town team and spearhead sales and rental activities for our renowned Bobcat and SANY range of earthmoving and road machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and rent Bobcat Products to current and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue rental prospects while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Develop action plans to meet sales and rental targets.
• Prepare contracts, manage client records, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Promote new products and services at marketing events like trade shows and seminars.
• Ensure rental fleet maintenance and achieve monthly utilization goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Matric Certificate (minimum).
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales/rental, preferably in heavy machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment and rental processes.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, cold-calling, and customer service abilities.
  • Basic financial knowledge.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and impeccable time management.
  • Must be flexible and be able to manage clients, technicians and organise operators.
