Remote working Paid Ads Specialist

SUMMARY:
We're looking for a remote working Paid Ads Specialist with Meta Ads experience to join a fast-growing team.

POSITION INFO:
The work you will undertake will vary depending on the clients you will be working with but will include advertising on multiple platforms, primarily Facebook, Instagram & Google. Additional training will be provided although extensive ad experience is required.

We require exceptional communication and perfect English language skills as you'll be responsible for liaising with the clients you manage.

This is a rare opportunity to learn revenue-driven advertising and marketing psychology from some of the industry's most talented advertisers and as such, we'll only be considering the best applications.

The correct candidate will be put in an environment that will lead them on a path of success, giving direct hands-on experience with 6, 7 & 8-figure companies.

Requirements:

• Ad spend managed in the past 12 months.
• Firm understanding of TOF, MOF, BOF account structure.
• Be able to create copy and marketing angles for a variety of industries.
• Be open to hearing feedback and suggestions that may improve performance.
• Be able to follow our internal processes for ad account management.

• Check in on the ad accounts under your management daily.
• Make adjustments to budget, bids, creative, etc., as needed each day.
• Coordinate with designers and the creative team to secure the assets you need to launch ads. You can design your own, but we have creative people on staff.
• Create potential new angles and copy as needed.
• Anything else needed to make sure accounts perform and clients stay happy.
• Liaise with clients and present reports of their ad performance with plans moving forward
