SUMMARY:
Full day, permanent Remote opportunity, living within Durban area. 
Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm and Friday, 8am – 3pm
 
Vibrant full-service Advertising and Marketing Agency with a diverse client portfolio seeks a dedicated Remote Support team member to provide administrative assistance to the Business Owner and team.  The successful candidate will be a lateral thinker, proficient in Ms Office, with  excellent written and verbal English communication skills, have their own transport and be able to attend meetings at client premises

POSITION INFO:
Reporting to the Business Owner, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal assistant duties, managing logistics and coordinating events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting administrative tasks for the team
• Providing personal assistant duties for the Owner
• Coordinating events and managing logistics
• Assisting in general office support functions
• Attending meetings at client premises
• Assist with Powerpoint presentations
