SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading UK-based estate agency, is looking for a highly motivated Demo Booker (Sales Role) to join their team. This is a telephone-based sales role where previous sales and real estate experience is essential.

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Line Manager: Sales Manager

Salary: R18,000 - R25,000 basic + Commission in Pounds (£) (Commission structure to be discussed in interviews)

Working Hours: UK Hours 9 AM to 5 PM OR 10 AM to 6 PM

About the Role

Our client, a leading UK-based estate agency, is looking for a highly motivated Demo Booker (Sales Role) to join their team. This is a telephone-based sales role where previous sales and real estate experience is essential.

As part of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for calling UK-based estate agents to schedule appointments for the sales team. These appointments will provide estate agents with an opportunity to learn about our range of lead-generation and nurturing products.

Your role will involve both current clients and new prospects, identifying their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can help their business grow.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to UK-based estate agents to book appointments
Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand client needs
Managing and updating the CRM system with accurate details
Working closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversion rates
Handing over scheduled appointments to the UK-based sales team for face-to-face meetings

Requirements

Grade 12 minimum qualification
Sales & Real Estate Experience (Essential) Previous experience in a sales-focused role within the real estate industry is required
Excellent communication skills Clear English accent that resonates well with UK clients
Confident & Enthusiastic A great telephone manner and ability to build relationships
Comfortable with Cold Calling Ability to engage prospects and handle objections professionally
Experience working with clients & nurturing leads
Basic CRM Knowledge Comfortable using customer relationship management systems
