DURBAN & SURROUNDS, KZN - South Africa

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00
COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:
- Commission & Performance Incentives
- Petrol Card - business use only
- Cellphone - business only
- Monthly product allowance
- Vehicle maintenance allowance
- CTC: R18,700 Gross per month (excluding commission & incentives)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Qualification | Skills & Experience)
- Applicable Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology - Non negotiable
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- At least 2 years POST graduation employment experience within Spa / Beauty / Pharma Industries
- On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
- Cruise Ship employment experience OR spa manager experience is beneficial - BONUS
- Sales driven - this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the clients
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
- Ability to work independently with support from Head Office
- Able to travel out of province when operationally required (at company's expense)
