REGIONAL SALES SPECIALIST - SKIN & BODY CARE 

DURBAN & SURROUNDS, KZN - South Africa

START: A.S.A.P 

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00

COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:

• Commission & Performance Incentives
• Petrol Card - business use only
• Cellphone - business only
• Monthly product allowance
• Vehicle maintenance allowance
• CTC: R18,700 Gross per month (excluding commission & incentives) 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Qualification | Skills & Experience)

1. Applicable Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology - Non negotiable
2. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
3. At least 2 years POST graduation employment experience within Spa / Beauty / Pharma Industries
4. On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
5. Cruise Ship employment experience OR spa manager experience is beneficial - BONUS
6. Sales driven - this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the clients
7. Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
8. Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
9. Ability to work independently with support from Head Office
10. Able to travel out of province when operationally required (at company's expense)
